How do I design my own labels?

Our application is very straightforward and easy to use; just follow the steps and read instructions. If it seems complicated the first time, you can check out our How It Works page.

How do I get them printed?

Our professional printing team is happy to provide you with quality printing of your uniquely designed labels. Simply choose among the many different label shapes and personalize your label using any of the wide range of Labeley graphics, backgrounds, fonts and photos that you can upload from your computer. Send us your original designs and our printers will print them at competitive prices within 48 hours.

Can I choose my own label stock?

Labeley team will print your custom labels on standard paper materials. However, if you choose to use our professional printing services for labels with extra features, you get to choose the material for your label. Consult our experts at labels.help@gmail.com or support@labeley.com about the appropriate stock for your label. If you choose to print labels on your own, check what kind of materials are supported by your printer.

Is the label stock you offer durable?

Labeley.com uses the highest quality label stock appropriate for your application. If you select extra features that include choosing your label material, you can take into consideration label stock that will vary depending on whether you need clothing labels, summer camp waterproof labels, beverage labels or stickers for any other purpose that we offer.

What kind of labels do you offer?

If you scroll down to the bottom of any page on our website, you'll see an extensive list of stickers. Kids and beverage labels are two main categories of labels that we offer at the moment, but soon we'll have more.

How can I make sure I end up with unique labels?

Our application has a wide selection of options: many different label shapes, background colors and designs, illustrations, borders, many different text fonts, and a special feature of uploading any image that you want. The chances that someone will use exactly the same combination of elements as you, including your own personal photo, are practically zero percent.

Can I upload my child's photo?

Yes, you can apply any photo you want to the label.

How many letters can fit on a label? What if I want a longer text to fit in there?

Unfortunately, the standard sizes of these labels do not allow very long texts. People usually choose to have their children's names, their last name, phone number or a few-word warnings printed on kids labels. For beverage labels you’re allowed more flexibility because templates for beverage labels are bigger. Our application allows you to play with the font size; choosing smaller letters can provide you with more space for additional text.

Can I order blank labels and write the info myself with a marker?

You can order blank labels from any other website; Labeley.com is specialized in providing you with a unique label of your own design. Also, one of our main goals is to make durable labels that won't tear, fall off or smudge. If you use markers instead of text applied via special printer process, chances are that the text will smear very soon.

Can I choose my own font?

You can choose any of the listed fonts, font sizes and font colors.

Why would I want to create my own account?

Creating your account allows you to save every label you design within Labeley, and then modify/repurpose them at some later date, if you desire. Also, with individual accounts, it is much easier for us to keep track of who ordered which label. This way mistakes are impossible.

How do I pay for my labels?

PayPal and credit cards are two payment methods that we use. We accept: Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB.

How long will I wait for my order to arrive?

We ship labels within 48 hours of receiving the order. Since labels are shipped from Europe, shipping times vary depending on where you are from. It shouldn't take longer than 5-6 days, but you'll get a tracking number which allows you to keep track of where your order is each moment.

What if I need labels by a certain date, and they don't arrive on time?

If customers want their labels by a certain date, they need to specify it prior to placing their order and paying. If we are unable to deliver the product in the specified time, we will decline the order. Once we accept it, it's our obligation to deliver the product on time. If we fail to do so, we will refund the customer's money.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

It is our primary goal to deliver products our customers will be happy with. However, in case you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know immediately to qualify for a full refund.

I am having trouble with the application, I can't upload any images.

A few of our customers have complained about uploading images and the problem is usually in the size of the photo. Though there are no size requirements for the application to work properly, have in mind that low-res and bad quality photos won't look good on the label. If you want to make sure your photo uploads without any problems, we recommend these photo sizes: for kids labels, your background photo should not be smaller than 945 x 532 pixels, and your front photo should not be smaller than 150 x 150 pixels. For beer labels, the background photo should be larger than 1200 x 1350 pixels, while the front photo can be any size. Check your photo size and try again.
